CONSULTATION & SITE ASSESSMENT

The process begins with a consultation. Tell us about your tastes, lifestyle, and how you intend to use the space. During this meeting we will discuss the scope of your project, goals, and budget. Provide us with a few interior inspiration images so we can hone in on your personal design style. Our scope of services range from design concept development, construction, fixture, material and finish selection, and furniture layout. An on site meeting will be scheduled in the following weeks after the letter of agreement is received and accepted. We will then take detailed measurements and photographs of all spaces involved in your project. If your project requires outside trade professionals we will arrange for them to take their own measurements for estimating purposes.

The design concept starts with developing a color scheme and sourcing fabrics, furniture, fixtures and materials. Custom furniture and built-ins can also be designed and finishes chosen. Materials for flooring, counters, cabinetry, and wall coverings are also considered. During the following months, window treatments, fabrics, trims and hardware will be presented through drawings, samples and detailed photos. We will present carefully edited selections that represent the best options for your space.

Once all concerns have been addressed, furniture ordered, payments made, and no detail overlooked, we will schedule a brief meeting to review any changes or outstanding adjustments that need to be made.
