19c French Directoire Bench with Star Neoclassical Carving

This gorgeous French directoire bench has detailed neoclassical coat-of-arms carving with chic proportions and a clean classic style. Antique white painted wood. Eight legged, front four with round ball feet. Newly upholstered in an oyster Belgian linen and new cushion.   Wear consistent with use and age. Fabric has fading and dirt. Wood and paint show scratches, scrapes and minor losses. Wipe with clean dry cloth or feather duster.
